you can still request a DVD.
If you would like a copy of the meeting on DVD please contact the City Clerk, Sue Lewis to order a copy.
The copies are $5 dollars per DVD. Most meetings fit on 1 DVD. Call for details.

Georgetown Cemetery Search has been updated. The data encompasses all previous updates as well
as all Geneology/Corrections submitted by December 1st, 2008 1:30pm.
You can go directly to the Georgetown Cemetery (GCem) Search page by clicking HERE.
There are several minor feature enhancements that have been included into this update.
All the updates are designed to help the friends, family, and citizens navigate the database.

GARBAGE COLLECTION SCHEDULE 2008

The Public Works Department will be closed half day Wednesday, December 24, 2008, all day Thursday, December 25th and all day Friday, December 26th. Please have your garbage at the curb on Monday, 29, 2008, until collected. We will pick up your garbage as soon as possible. There is 2 1/2 days to make up and lots of extra garbage to get, so please be patient.

The Public Works Department will be closed half day: Wednesday, December 31, 2008, all day Thursday, January 1st, and all day Friday, January 2nd, 2009. Please have your garbage at the curb on Monday, January 5, 2009, until collected. Please be patient, we will get to you as soon as possible.

| Christmas Tree Pick Up Schedule "2009" |
Beginning Monday, January 12, 2009, Thru Friday, January 16th, 2009, the City of Georgetown Beautification and Public Works Departments will be picking up Christmas trees. All County Residents need to bring their trees in by January 16, 2009. The Christmas trees will be mulched and available for the public to pick up on Saturday, January 17, 2009.You can pick the mulch up at "Marshall Field Softball Park", from 7:00 a.m. until noon on that day.
