Martin Luther King Jr. Holiday
The City of Georgetown Public Works Department will be closed Monday, January 21, 2008, in observance of the Martin Luther King Jr. Day. If your regular scheduled garbage pick up is on this day, it will be picked up the following day, Tuesday, January 22, 2008.

The Public Works Department would like to inform the public that if they need to report a street light out to please call the Kentucky Utilities Call Center @ 1-800-981-0600. Be sure to give them the exact location ( including house #, name , address, etc.)
