The Public Works Department would like to inform the public that if they need to report a street light out to please call the Kentucky Utilities Call Center @ 1-800-981-0600.  Be sure to give them the exact location ( including house #, name , address, etc.)  Public Works would be happy to contact KU on your behalf.
