| RFP Description |
The City of Georgetown will receive sealed bids for the Georgetown Cemetery Maintenance Facility Expansion, a.k.a. Dirt Barn, until 2:00 p.m., May 21, 2008, at the City Clerk’s Office, 100 Court Street, Georgetown, KY 40324. Bids will be opened at 2:30 p.m., May 21, 2008. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids and waive formalities. Bid Packages may be picked up at the City Clerk’s Office, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. or www.georgetownky.gov . |

Bids will include Equipment, Labor, and Materials to complete the item of work. The City will award the contract on a Lump Sum cost basis to the lowest and best qualified bidder. See below for project details. |
