You may now download the Open Records Request form to allow you to fill it out before coming to City Hall.  Once you have filled out the form please bring it to the City Clerk's office to begin the process.  The form may be downloaded from the City Clerk's department web page, from the link below, or from the City Clerk's section under E-Government.
