The City of Georgetown has begun the Fiscal Year 2022-2023 Agency Funding Process. Your agency is being given the opportunity to submit an application for City funding since it has previously been funded, or submitted a funding request, as part of the City’s annual budget process. Please be aware that as an eligible agency there is no guarantee of funding. Any recommendation by the Mayor for funding of these agencies will be subject to the availability of funds in preparing a balanced City budget.
Enclosed you will find a complete set of Agency Funding Application Directions (instructions) and the Fiscal Year 2022-2023 Agency Budget Request Form (application). You may also download the documents from the following webpage: https://www.georgetownky.gov/agency-funding.
The completed application and all required materials are due no later than 4:00 p.m. on Friday, April 1, 2022. Proposals will not be accepted after this time. Please note that it is very important for every question to be answered. If a question does not apply to your agency, please mark it with “N/A.” A complete list of all submission requirements is contained in the instructions.
If your agency is approved to receive funding for FY2023, your agency will be required to execute a written agreement with the City. In addition, your agency will be required to submit semi-annual reports outlining program accomplishments and/or performance measures achieved with the use of City funds during the previous six months. Your agency will be provided a list of performance measurement criteria to be completed as part of the semi-annual reporting requirement as requested by the City Council.
